Militaria and WW2 history forum and topsites. Sõja ajaloo portaal.
My family owns a recycling company. Most of the time I get lucky and end up getting stuff for free… but word has spread that I’m collecting militaria/ using it for educational purposes (I’m a high school history teacher). As such, junk-men (people who do house cleanouts and evictions, etc.) come in from time to time to offer me things. This dress bayonet was offered to me today. Would anyone be able to help me identify it and offer a value?
Thanks in advance for your time and consideration!
He has this very interesting Eastern Command Russia patch that he thinks may be valuable. I’m thinking it may need to be in a museum as I haven’t seen any others on the web. Can any one advise me on this?
How about preservation of the whole kit? Photo’s, berth cards, short snorters etc.?
