How about beginning a “Hobbies and Interests” section on the Forum ?
This is only my 3rd post on warrelecs — so please forgive me if I have overlooked a thread about this…
Lots of us have hobbies and interests, passtimes, which we really enjoy, and also that we know a lot about. — As sources of advice and just fun discussion, to send along to other with consonant curiousity.
My own passion is "ULTRA-FIDELITY AUDIO ON A BUDGET".
In other words, traditional 2-channel home stereo [ CD & Vinyl ] from a perfectionist vector, with paths to astonishingly transparent presentation by kit-builds, component mods, simplifying signal paths, and A/C power conditioning.
For all of the music lovers who treasure our fellow human beings singing and playing instruments, that is a wonderful essential part of life. We would be greatly diminished without "tunes" — to use a contemporary slang term….
So, can our esteemed Admins / Mods give the OK ? I am sure there are plenty of warrelics contributors who can start more hobbyist ideas, too.
