Need help! WW2 Relic German Helmets

Hello everyone,
I’ve been doing alot of thinking and came up with the idea of buying a few relic helmets so that I could do some hands on learning, such as their weight or size. Anyways I was wondering if any of you experts knew a website that had relic helmets for a cheap price other than ebay. If you guys could lead me to a website with relic helmets website id greatly appreciate it. And when I do get a relic helmet, then can you guys inform me on how to properly clean the helmet and the materials I will need? Thank you guys for the help!

Need help! Close Caombat Clasp and Shooter’s Lanyard, original or fake?

Here are the last two photographs of items this guy would like to sell to me. Again, I have gotten mixed feedback from two local people who are supposed to know German militaria. What do you think?

Thanks for your assistance,

Bob

Here are my Blue Division items

Hello guys!

I’ve been searching for Blue Division items since I began collecting militaria, but the last two years have been the time I got most of them.
The first picture shows an unissued spanish armshield, a blue division conmemorative medal made by germans, an ID from battlefields (it’s a present from a friend of mine) and a fotocopy of my grandfather’s photo (the man who appears on the left), the rest of the medals and insignias shown in this first picture aren’t from Blue Division veterans but some of the spanish volunteers get them in the front (cap eagle, iron cross, war merit cross 2nd class with swords and the wound badge.

The second picture shows a gift from a veteran’s widow (an used armshield, two fotos of his husband and the two medals shown), I’ll preserve them ’till my end.

So, I’ve made this post to show to you really good items from Blue Division, to see the differences between originals and fakes.

I hope you’ll enjoy.

New UK deact stamp and rules? ? ?

Hello gents

I recieved a new deact today, (really rather new for me, a 1975 AKM) deactivated in Jan this year, but I notice the stamps seem different to the usual cross swords and year, this seems to have the year above a scimitar type sword. I cant get a decent enough picture on my phone cam.

Also I heard a rumour that moving parts on all SMG and LMG deacts are to be now dis-allowed.

Can anyone keep me up to date please?

Cheers

Need help! German Air Gunner, original or fake?

OK, you experts out there. Help me out on this one. I have not bought it, but these are pretty good pics, so hopefully someone can render an opinion of this medal’s authenticity.
