Another Original Tropical Eagle, although not clear if the Tag matches this one, did see the same eagle with same tag series A and same # on a dealer website???

Question Does anyone know what sword this is?

it was dugged by my grandfather’s dad and passed it down. I lived at Philippines and i believed its a war relic since many countries has collonized our country before the spanish, american and japanese i wanna know if where this sword originated from and if it has any value.
