I picked up this large green medical box, the door folds down and is a surgical tray. It has four numbered boxes box one has compartments but the other three have no compartments. The words on the front of the box says "Kleiner sanitätskasten Petite caisse sanitaire" I’ve been looking at pictures of different first aid kits but they’re all much smaller than this one and I haven’t found any uprights like this except some wooden ones. To top it off when I translate the writing on the front the first two words come up as German meaning "small first aid" but the last three come up as French meaning "petty cash health" (this translation doesn’t seem right though)
