I was hoping you guys cold take a look at this cross and tell me if its good or bad? Also if its good who might the maker be? These are the best photos I have from the seller. My gut tells me there is something not right about it but I have yet to spend a lot of time studying any EK’s. In fact the more I look at this cross the less I like it. The wide catch and pin set up does not look right to me.
Hi all , i need some clarification here. Ive just been watching a programme on the Bruneval Raid on the Military Channel , they have actual film of the Paras coming back on the boats after picking up the radio equipment. The question i have is the shape of their helmets, im looking at several paras wearing what i would initially describe as the WW2 para helmet that we all know as the classic style, but these have a sort of flare to the rear almost like the Turtle helmet of 1944 pattern, now ive never seen this type before, were there other earlier type para helmets, its not the angle of the film nor my eyes, there is a definate and pronounced flare to the rear, anyone got any ideas? cheers dave
Hey guys this is part of a wwii colection i bought and i was wondering if this is real or a reproduction. Also can anyone tell me ecactly what it is. I tried doing research but i couldnt find one like it. The best i can come up with is its africa korps.
