Photos of SS Artillerie Regt Totenkopf 1941 !!

Most photos show burials of Killed in action but the one showing the Sturmbannfuhrer next to the Sturmgeschutz is believed to show the later DKiG Winner SS Sturmbannfuhrer Martin Stange who at this time was commanding the II Abt Totenkopf Artillerie Regiment

Ground dig EK1

Another offering from my Stalingrad digger friend is this EK1. Unfortunatley missing the pin and no MM on the reverse so i'm in the dark as so the marker but it looks to me like an original piece.

We haven't negotiated a price yet but what range should we be talking given the condition and lack of MM?

Thanks in advance for any comments!

Ground dug Panzerkampfabzeichen ASW

As many of you know I have a fondness for ground dug badges and I’ve today been offered this Panzerkampfabzeichen ASW and as usual i’m looking for opinions. It’s not that I mistrust this seller as up until now I have no reason to believe he is anything other than a genuine Stalingrad digger.

I’m aware that the Arno Wallpach has been faked in the past but apparantly only in lead, this badge appears to be a hollow backed brass example. Can anyone tell me if oxidised brass will look like this?

First of all the obverse:

As for the reverse we can see that the pin and catch are missing. I understand that genuine AWS badges should have a crimped catch. I think the area where the catch was located looks like a crimp only of course highly corroded. What does everyone think?

Luftwaffe Erdkampfabzeichen

I saved you some trouble Adrian. cool militaria

My last question for the day, what do you all think of this ground assault badge? It looks like a really late war example to me but I found it for a very cheap price. It also looks to me like the pin was replaced recently. Anyway, do you think it’s original?

Thanks for all your help,
Mo

Luftwaffe Krim Shield

Hi everyone, as I know nothing of these shields could you all tell me your opinions on it? I can get a picture of the back if you need it. From what I can tell, it’s a Krim shield with a luftwaffe blue wool backing.

Thanks to all who reply,
Mo

HJ Cufftitles

Hi guys, I am posting a few things for your opinions. One thing that I have absolutely no expertise on are cufftitles. Are these original? My money is on the original side, since I can’t imagine that these would be rare anyway, but you never know. I can get pictures of the backs if necessary, but I wanted to see if there is anything that tips them off as being fake right away from the one that I have.

Thanks everyone,
Mo

Polizei/SS Postkarte

I dont usually collect postcards but I saw this fairly common one for sale and bought it.

It seems a bit flimsy compared to other postcards so I was hoping some experts could verify its authenticity

Many thanks

Nick
