German Butterfly Bomb

Hello Gentlemen,

Looking for an original well marked complete German Butterfly Bomb.

This is a long shot! I know some members have these items in their collections and they are a rare and expensive item. At this moment in time do any of you men know if a fellow collector is considering selling one or a dealer who has one on his website? I did the same when I was looking for a Hathohlladung and was put in touch with the German dealer who runs Premium Militaria…nice dealer and did me a great service. I quite fancy one for my collection and I know other dealers /collectors snap them up. I do not want a dug up, relic or a practice version.

I will be patient.

Regards

Mike

Unmarked Souval EK2 - is it a good one though?

I have been offered this unmarked (although to my eye, rather tarnished) Souval EK2. Firstly, is it a good one? It looks a lot better than a lot I have seen, but I prefer to trust your judgement than throwing money away! Secondly, I know prices have been increasing over here, but is $125 a little high?

Is this a good Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen?

I am not sure on this one. I have seen plenty of hollowbacks, but I find it harder to spot the cast copies with this style. Not sure about the way the pin hinge is attached - it looks slightly crude compared with some I have seen. The stick grenade shows signs of wear? Again. any help appreciated.

Last ditch Japanese military sword

This is the last type of Infantry sword produced by the Japanese during WWII.
This sword was captured on Saipan by:
John Scott
US Marines
2nd Division
110th Artillery

It has a metal scabbard, plain steel hand guard and wooden handle with diamond shape designs.
The blade is machine made and has no temper line.
It is crude compared to earlier machine made Japanese military swords.
