need help with this fighting knife

One of my uncles brought this home from ww2. there are no markings of any kind on it. Don’t know if it was one of the marines or the one who fought in Italy.

HJ Buckles are they real or fake? Spot the differences.

Hi Chaps. Here’s one for you. Both are by Richard Sieper & Sohne, both look exactly the same until you have a closer look. Apart from the obvious, that one is polished, they both measure the same 49mm x 64mm, but one weighs 24grms and the other 30grms. Notice the Eagle heads and also the motto’s. Are they real or are they fake, or is one real and one fake? I would appreciate your thoughts chaps.
Best

Hi guys, I am posting this for a forum member, very nice SS 155/43 buckle in stunning condition. The only thing with it is the paint, it is actually a grey colour, no colour underneath just this grey, do you think that this was a primer before being sprayed either silver or green? Answers on a postcard please cool militaria
