This is a very rare Swedish SA man cap from 1938-45
(NSAP.the larges swedish nazi party)
The Swedish SA was simular to the German SA.

Here are three pre war, or war time MAS 36, rifles that made their way to the states probably as bring backs or "captured" rifles by GI’s. They are not the common surplus refurbished rifles that were imported a few years back. These rifles still have their original finish and neither have any import stamps.

The first one on top is dated Jan. 1940. and has a LK5 stamped in the stock. This stamp, and other similar stamps only with numbers LK 7 & 9 are found on a number of rifles from various countries the Germans either occupied or fought. So it is a German applied stamp most likey identifying the rifles as ok for German service.

The 2nd one is dated May 1939, the barrel is dated 1938.

The 3rd one is called a Mystery rifle as it has no markings except the main MAS 36 stamp and a three number serial number stamped only on the receiver and bolt. It has a 1940 dated barrel. No-one knows exactly when it was made as the arsenal documents have not been found and were either destroyed or lost. Opinion is that it was made just after the Germans took over and possible put together with parts that remained at the arsenal for either the French Reistance or for the French Vichy Government after the Germans closed down the arsenal. It looks die struck to me but I can’t see an RZM or makers mark.

If it is original what sort of $ might it be worth?

These patches are unissued and part of a lot. Asking $250. From the checking I have done that seams very reasonable - providing they are genuine, that is! Any thoughts welcome.

I apologize for the poor photos guys. I have been trying for a couple hours to figure out what kind of sword I have been offered with no luck. Do any of you recognize these two emblems of this sword? It’s certainly old, I just don’t know how old. I don’t even know if it’s Allied, let alone military issue. I really appreciate all your help!

OK, I have read up a bit on this one, and whilst there briefly was an SS Fallschirmjager unit nobody seems to know whether they were issued their own cuff title. It is in a job lot of other stuff that I will post on when I get some better pics, but thought I would start the ball rolling on this first.

I have found this helmet for sale, which looks better than some I have seen. Asking price is $250. I know the liner is tatty, but the rest looks farly good to me. Any opiions welcome. I have asked what is stamped inside, but not heard back yet.

Hello All,
Here is my latest addition to my collection of 1888 Pattern bayonets for the Lee Metford and Long Lee Rifles.
It is a 1888 Mk 1 Type 1 which I have been looking for for some time.
Lots of stampings on it a bit of damage to one side of the handle I am sure I can get sorted out or leave it as it is.
A hard bayonet to find.
Also bought another Long Lee bargain price later model with charger guide will post photo later.
