Hello Gentlemen,
Picked up a few pieces of military equipment at the weekend. Was told this piece is a WW1 Austrian army water bottle measures 20cm x 9cm - it well maybe - got to wondering about the stamp on it - Austria 1916 Werke - half English, half German. Have members seen this before on Austrian military water bottles, any information welcome.

Hi guys, can you please tell me, what is this tunic? Don’t pay attention to insignia, the tunic was offered a few days ago with a very bad eagle, today appeared again with a good eagle… What I am asking about is the tunic - which country, which period? Could it be pre-1937 Austrian? Or some other country? Or postwar?

Hi Gents, I would like your opinions on this Kriegsverdienstkreuz 1 Klasse please.
It’s marked L/15 on the pin for Otto Schickle.
The thing about it that makes me unsure of the originality is the top of the pin fixing on the reverse. Other L/15’s I’ve seen have had a round piece around this part but this one is fixed directly to the badge.

Does anyone have a copy of, or photographs of the German issued "Soldbuch" documents for the YBB units?

One of my sub-impressions is one of the Ukrainian Red Army troops captured during Operation Barbarossa, and forced to fight for the Axis forces on the western front. As such, I am looking for what the soldier ID booklet looked like.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
