Luftwaffe Solbuch.

for sale £20 GBP excluding post and packaging.

This Item that i offer for sale is a Luftwaffe Soldbuch issued to Robert Rehak (Feldwebel at final promotion) in July 1940 and in use by him until October 1944 or sometime there after.
This Soldbuch shows the kind of wear and tear that you would associate with a paperwork item in constant use for over 4 years.
The tears to page edges that appear on the scans are to one page, a later supplement page that is bigger than the original pages and therefore overlaps the covers.
Also there is a period repair to the spine using some kind of vintage Christmas wrapping tape!
The holders photograph is very clear and shows his final rank and awards and decorations quite clearly.
There are a large number of stamps and entries in this example from locations such as Paris Brussels and Vienna.
Also attached to the rear page is an additional slip that grants him permission to carry a pistol.
Wertblatt numbers 75, 204 and 153 also attached are the 10 rules of engagement for German soldiers.
Please feel free to ask any questions you may want answered or request any further pictures or scans.

Illegal ?

My friends and I made a trip to Germany this sommer to find some relics.
During our search we were twice chased away by the foresters !
One of them claimed it was illegal in Germany and threatened to seize our equipment and to call the police .
Is it truth ? What about other countries ? Belgium ?
Battlefield archaeology is is new for us...
Thanks !

The War is over

Unidentified, a re-handle perhaps?

The identifying marks are a 485 on the ricasso. The blade reminds me of a Cattaraugus, but I just don't know.
