Any ideas how to start to track down a report about an (unnamed) American Major, a liaison officer to U.N.N.R.A., who was arrested, tried and jailed for 15 years for helping to abduct eminent Lithuanian refugees from D.P. camps and handing them over to Soviet Agencies? I guess there must be an archive of 1940's US Army courts martial cases?

Mentioned in a memoir I am researching.

Any ideas what Gen. Guderian and documents signed by him and marked "Front Aufklarungs Commando 202" might refer to—what is Front Aufklarungs Commando 202? There is also a connection with Maj.Gen. Reinhard Gehlen to these papers. Google doesn’t throw up anything of note?

I don’t have any scans as this reference is in a memoir account and it just states "Front Aufklarungs Commando 202" along with the information above.

Any thoughts very much appreciated

I am trying to identify a group of shoulder boards and have to confess I know absolutely nothing about them. I am assuming that they are all Luftwaffe. Any help will be greatly appreciated. They are all single items. Th.ree or four appear to have some moth damage but the rest are in fine condition

Hi Everyone,
What do members think of these two Iron Crosses - EK1 & EK2. There’s no makers mark on either and both center cores are non-magnetic. Looking edge on, both crosses have a joining seam around them and in parts there’s a small gap between the cores and the silver beading. I must apologize, I took only these two shots and forgot to take one edge on. Hope there’s enough to see, for members to form a opinion. What do members think - the real thing? Any information appreciated.
