Need help! Is this an SS or M36 Heer Tunic

Is this an SS or M36 Heer Tunic, Got this today to look at it but i dont like the insignia, i think the tunic is fine but i guess it is a heer tunic whit ss insignia on it and i guess the insignia is fake, i really need help whit this tunic
the tunic has some littel motholes and pictures are taken whit flashlights

i got this nice german helmet, but what is it, there is a quist mark whit the Q64, the seller told me the shell is a real unishued german wartime and the liner is a post war something then he got a lot of this helmets whitout liner, so now i need your help real or not
