Hi, my new items have finally arrived, been waiting for them almost 3 weeks, i was going crazycool militaria.
Here`s what i got, an original NSDAP Party member Armband and 3 photos, but i dont feel very satisfied, im probably going to buy the remaining photos from the seller.

I was thinking about buying this helmet. I would like to know everyone’s opinions. I went to see it, so I have had hands on, don’t know how the colour has come on the photos, as the helmet is very, very faded. Very old rust, liner and pins as tight as can be.
To me it looked fine.

I know that this type of gorget existed. My question is, is this an original one?

Its rather rare as most gorget types had a chain and some sort of eagle/swastica combo. This has neither.

The pin went through the lapel holes on naval style uniforms. In the start of the war they wore Wasserschutzpolizei type uniforms. Later they wore Kriegsmarine style uniforms with a cufftitle to match the gorget.

What do you think? its a recent purchase with some moth on the back. The interior doesnt look right for a ww1 period cap and it has no vent gromets . No buttons, strap or badge. Basically stripped and sad looking but I love it.
