One of the things that I enjoy most about this forum is the opportunity to see other members collections. I bought my first german helmet for £5 when I was 10 years old and it was nackered. Back then I mainly collected British items because they were cheaper but as I got older, I moved onto German Militaria and have been collecting it properly for about 7 years. I do not have the space to display my collection and am quite embarrassed to admit that I haven't shown my collection to anyone. Please find attached pictures of most of my german collection. I hope that you like it.

I just picked this up. It was sold to me as Reichsbahn, which I know it is not. The body a midnight-blue, with the same color band.
The piping is not orange, red or pink, but a peach color--first time I have seen this 'farbe on any TR hat.
I usually just classify these as Tram or Kleinbahn, which this most likely is. However, if anyone has any definitive information, let me know.
I have 2 flasks that are USSR military. One is Army and the other is Navy submarine. Both have the CCCP with hammer/cycle mark on bottom and the caps have a red enamel Lenin head. The Navy one has the dates 1941 - 1945 on the enameled plaque. I can take some photos to post, but I was wondering where to find info on these items. I'm a complete novice at this. I bought them several years ago and use them occasionally (to take to hockey games).

Hello everyone, this site is great. I just found it. I collect all sorts of ww2 originals. I have had a couple questions about some things in my collection and this site has helped me out.
OK....I have these 2 photos from 1933. When i bought them, the owner said that the man in the photo was in a division of the (XA). yup u heard me (X)A! To me it looks like he is in the SA since ive never heard of the XA. was this guy mistaken or am I in the wrong here? Its a cool photo thats dated August 1933 and about one year later the purge of SA members was carried out by Hitler in the Night of the Long Knives. Can anyone give me anymore detail on this photo....also this guy looks to be a higher ranking member in the SA, maybe an officer??? he has a medal in the top picture? Thank you for your help! any input would be GREATLY appreciated

Not common to find a Juncker, IMHO wit core W&L, on single spange and hand frosted, if have also a mm on ring is BINGO TIME !! :D :D

container for 2 cm cartridge - these container have been shot -
full of holes...
