Hi Guys,
Can anyone help me with this one. It isn't an M36 and I don't recognise the lining pattern. Is it third Reich? Has it been tailored.
Please help Quickly

Hi, all. Just wanted to know your thoughts on this new SchuPo buckle I was shown and how it compares to the one I have now. I recognized that it was by Wiedmann, but in referencing the thread by agv44, I now know this is an "early" buckle. Forgive me as I don't yet have good reference materials, but is this Wiedmann buckle earlier or later than the two-piece one I hold? It's being sold for $85 USD, which I think is probably fair, although more than I paid for my two-piece.
I posted my current SchuPo buckle here before and Ben commented that it might be by Assmann, however I have not been able to determine this. I am also curious who made more of these, Assmann or Wiedmann, or if one type is more desirable.
Thanks for any and all info and information!
Best,
Adam
And finally here are some of my Polish Falcons belt buckles:
First Galician Falcons - I have not been able to discern any info about this belt buckle or anything specific about the Galician Falcons. Can anyone provide some info?
The name on the back of the buckle is Krimmer.
Another belt buckle, this time 2nd Polish Legion.
Here is a Polish Uhlans belt buckle obtained from an auction along with several Polish Falcons belt buckles a few months back.
Centimeters on the bottom rule, inches on the right.
Does anyone know any good dealers in the Midwestern US, or any upcoming shows also in this area? Any info would be great. I live in a desolate, desolate area...
I went to a flea market today, and found these in a pile of odds and ends. I got the papers and war bond poster for only three dollars. Happy that the trip wasn't a loss, I go to walk away and the guy says "You like war stuff? You can have this as well.", and hands me the lithographs of MacArthur and Roosevelt for free! Not a bad catch I think.cool militaria
I have a question though. I looked at the back of the war bond poster and read the paragraph which looks like a sales pitch. It also appears to have been torn from a book. Someone marked them as from 1941 in pencil. Any Ideas?
Thanks, John
