I have a couple more. If you have any GJ postacrds please let me know :)
It was facinating to see the brit comedianAL MURRAY who did a documentary on the( road to Berlin )standing at Hitlers bunker with Rochus misch ,Hitlers valet i think?.does anyone know if the bunker was totally disasembled or in fact is it in tact under the ground to this day at the apartment complex,in Berlin?PS IT WAS NICE FOR A CHANGE TO SEE A PERSON WHO MAKES A LIVING OUT OF COMEDY,GIVING REVERANCE TO A VERY PAINFUL SUBJECT ,AND NOT BEING FLIPANT!!!
This is the only picture i have got of it and i don't know how big it is.
I was lucky ,to find a few relics from the Sgt York site in Chatel Chehery France .But one of them was extremely great ( a slug from a 45) I am trying to find out if this was one of Sgt York slugs. The slug was just on the stop of the ground next to a area I think had a machine gun.You can still see the mark from the barel of the gun. Is his Colt 45 still around and where.I would like to comfirm that this slug was shot by him any information to help me to do this would be great. This is just another projet ,I am working on ,I do know this would be probably not possible but if I do not try I will never know.
Ok, i was just emailed these pics, what do you all think of them.
In the pic of the eagle RZM, the M is partially worn off.
Seems like some really good detail in the head of the eagle, something i dont see in the fakes.
Please let me know.
thanks

Hi-
I have a few nice pieces of Authentic Trinitite, fusion glass from the first Atomic Bomb Blast in New Mexico. I bought it a year or so ago, I am keeping a few pieces for myself, and trading the rest.
Let me know if anybody is interested, it is the green fusion glass from the Trinity test site, collected in the late 1940s before the rest was plowed under.
PM me for pictures
Kev
(ps- sorry if i posted in the wrong section)
Hi All,
I have just bought a bayonet for a friend f mine as a birthday present and would llove to give him a bit more information on the markings, if anyone knows?
It is marked WEYERSBERG KIRSCHBAUM & Co SOLINGEN. The guard is stamped L8188 and the button on the scabbard is stamped what looks like A6392.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
