Hello Guys!

I recently came across this picture of a 10.5 cm leFH 18(Sf) auf Geschützwagen Lorraine Schlepper (f) – situated in Bassorah area (Iraq)



Since may 2005 no one seems to know what happened to this piece, or where it came from.

I know the sidearmorplates were taken off by locals in 2005, but what happened since?

just wanted to show a nice historic detail.

I bought an M1 Liner at ebay. Interesting that those liners have been used by a fire service near munich in Germany.

See the pictures - after restauration & cleaning (I took of the red paint) and before (below)

It’s an WWII US Westinghouse Liner.

Hi, Here’s another Anti-aircraft helmet, the 12th. Liner is marked BMB 1940, can’t see any marks on the helmet, but I expect it is the same age. Part of the 3rd AA Corp, the 12th AA Div’ had 3 brigades, 3rd, 42nd, 63rd. they covered the South-West of Scotland, including the Clyde estuary, & Northern Ireland.
