Hi, just returned from a small junkyard on the west part of portugal, i talked to the owner and he told me some years ago he had weapons, helmets, tanks etc..., but for health reasons he decided not to resuply anymore. so at the moment this is all he`s got.
Another recent acquision from auction. A 88 mm Tiger Tank II round.
Base marked 8.8 cm KwK 43.
The KwK 43 (Kampfwagenkanone-fighting vehicle cannon) was the primary armament of the Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf.B "Tiger II"
The base mark on this 88mm round ID's it to the TigerII.
A M-35 double decal SS helmet in photo to add perspective

I am a bit suspect on this one, maybe its the use of a fake grass image as a background which in someway cheapens the look of the medal. Having said that, it does seem to resemble an original after comparing it with a few originals.
Hello again, all. I am also considering purchasing these armbands pictured below out of a veteran's estate. I would greatly appreciate feedback as to authenticity and worth.

#3 (3rd 3 pics) I've been told is a genuine SA leader armband RZM
#4 (next set of 4 pics) did not come with a description as to type
#5 (next set of 2 pics) I was told is a genuine NSDAP armband
#6 (next set of 2 pics) I was told is a genuine NSDAP armband
#7 (next set of 4 pics) I was told is a genuine NSDAP armband w/RZM tag
#8 (next set of 2 pics) I was told is a genuine Wehrmacht armband
#9 (last armband, set of 4 pics) I am told is genuine with a faint nazi marking that can be seen on the 3rd, next to last pic)
Sorry to post so many pictures, but any help in sorting out what is what is greatly appreciated by a collector just starting out.
Hi, Here's some pics of a fibre rim para lid, been after one of these for a while. (At last!) As most of you know made in 1942,then replaced by the HSAT stainless steel rim type. this one's in pretty good nick, if you look by the BMB & date, on the side of the helmet you will see a blob of yellow paint, we still don't know what this means. But at present, no fibre rim despatch riders helmets do not have this yellow blob?
I am a little concerned that this shield may not be original. My main concern is that I can only see 5 circles on the map where I would expect to see 6. The eagles head also looks a little suspect. Some things like the wing and feather detail, the notch in the map below the reef seem ok.
I bought this in a job lot when I first started out in the hobby.
I own these two pieces and I am trying to identify the makers if at all possible and to estalish they are legit.
The Panzerkampfabzeichen has a small W under the hinge. The only maker that I can determine this might be is Wernstein. Can anyone shed any light on this. I have seen a W stamped on other badgesbut, they have been scooped back versions.
I bought this Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen without checking it out first, foolishly. The design is completely cut out around the wings and swastika. This is a design I cannot seem to find reference of elsewhere. I thought it was just the 25, 50, 75 & 100 awards that featured this design. I would appreciate any assistance.
I am a young collecter just starting out and I am interested in purchasing the following Belt buckles. The 1st 2 pictures are of what I have been told is a hitler youth belt buckle (molded type and preferred by collectors.) 2nd 2 pictures down are what I have been told is an army belt buckle. The 3rd set and last 2 pictures are what I have been told is an SA buckle. Any help in determining authenticity would be greatly appreciated.
