Fake or real Iron Cross

Let me introduce my self, My name is Robert and I am new to both collecting, and this form. I made a post on another question but felt this one should have it's own post.

I am looking to buy an Iron Cross 1st class, but it's through an auction so I can't put my hands on it. I am posting the photos for you all to pick apart, or to just give me your input. Thank you and I look forward to learning as I start my collecting.

Thanks
Robert,

Miniature Ek

Here's a nice little Ek that just came my way.

At first glance, it looks like any other Ek mini that may have once
been attached to a frack chain or buttonhole award. However
on closer inspection you will notice that it is made with an
iron core and 2 piece silver frame just like the fullsized originals.

photos of Second Republic 1918-1939

I would like to propose posting a new thread dedicated to the photos of Second Republic (Siły Zbrojne II Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej) 1918-1939.

Here are few pictures that I just got recently. They belong to Pastor Alexander Paszko who served in 1935-1937 Szpital Okręgowy Nr IX Batalion sanitarny Brześć n/B. DOK NrIX (medic) and later on he was medic in 8th Army he was in Mont Casino.
The pictures are really nice, because they have same notes at the back. Here is what and how they look when I got them.

Slotted Police Bayonet Eickhorn

I’ve been meaning to show this one off for some time. Pulled it out of its display this evening. This is a slotted Polizei bayonet by Carl Eickhorn with double oval trademark. Both the hilt and the scabbard throat are unit marked.

Advice on cap eagles please

I have been offered these cap eagles, poor pics but all I can get this day. They look kind of bogus to me but I would appreciate an opinion.
Thank you
Bob
