Guys; Acquired this group today from the daughter of a WWI navy veteran. Her husband was a WWII vet, and I guess this is the reason for the mixed insignia; WWII, police badge, etc. Regards, Hal PS; Thought you would like to see the group as found even though everything isn't WWI; the label on the Good Conduct medal box fell off, so I thought I'd show what was underneath.

I love stange things (I drive a hearse!:shok_yikes:) and i bought this helmet on Ebay it is listed as a German Civil Defence helmet and it is dated 1982 i have never seen anything like this can anyone help me with this ? Its made of heavy plastic and it looks a lot like a DDR helmet :confused:

Hello All,
I've been offered this helmet with a bullet hole in the top and damage on the flange. I was just wondering if its authentic or not. I've no idea, I've posted it here to for opinions, I only have these pictures of the helmet. Any information appriecated. Thanks
