As the header says. The Sam Browne is not original but is rather a RFC belt dated 1915. The medal and the ribbon are his originals however.
Here are some souvenirs that ere sold during the RPT Rallies. I think that these and other items are unique pieces of NSDAP history. Does anyone have any different ones to show?
I came by this blade at a garage sale and am pretty sure it is a fake because of the Eickhorn makers mark. Here is a picture of it, did Eickhorn use this makers on SS or is this mark even correct for any Eickhorn dagger or just someones copy? Blade also seems to be a little narrow in comparision to my SA blades. I only paid a few buck for it so not out much if it is a fake.
As per Steve's request here is the uniform of Ashmore. He was very small and his nickname was 'splashmore' because if he was
larger he would splashmore. When the Germans began bombing London with the Gotha's and Zeppelins he was called back from the front and tasked with stopping the attacks. He founded the Royal Observer Corps and designed the techniques used to intercept enemy aircraft. He also designed the filter room which was used during WWI and more famously during the Battle of Britain. When WWII began all Dowding had to do was plug the radar systems into the WWI system and he was up and running.
