Hello,
I have this very poor condition gas mask but dont know anything about it. I have a childs ww2 mask and was issued with the Mk V when in the services.
This one has the microphone moulded option on the left hand side and the remains of a 'duck bill' exhaust valve on the front. Its marked PBC 29 12 40 (date), and LOT 153.
Can anyone enlighten me?
Cheers,
navyman.

Hello Everyone,
I've been offered a U-Boat Badge. Its seems to made of either zinc or bunt metal with a magnetic pin assembly, the makers mark is GW ? in a circle. The brown covering front & back is tobacco smoke. Not sure about the makers mark or if its good or bad. Can anyone help me out on this medal.
Best Wishes

Gentlemen,
I just bought this cap at a very fair price thinking it was soviet postwar, but now that I have it in my hands, I am starting to doubt it is even soviet, the sewn star confuses me even more now. No stamps of any kind, just what seems to be a stiched square that was removed.
Can you please enlighten me as to the nationality and period?
Regards,
Gus
