I THINK this is a US Sheriff's badge that is worn as a tie slide in the West, but not certain. The back has that type of device, if you can see it from the scan. Any ideas? Thanks.
I went out Friday morning and found a few items at a few garage sales . The USMC jacket and the WAVE jacket are a husband wife set. The German Navy ID book was a nice surprise. Does anybody know what the white diamond patch is for?
Just found positive proof of a camp very near to where i live .
Its part of an ammo store & was supposed to be devoloped a couple of years ago , the building company wasnt allowed to build on the field as its where the old camp is .
So if anyone would like to come over with a detector ( as i dont have 1 ) you can do the detecting , i will do the digging , 50 / 50 split on anything we find . Please pm me

Hi, I'm new here, and I was wondering if anyone could give me a a definitive way to see if an SSh-40 is wartime or post war issue, other than the date stamp (which, as you all probably know much better than me, is often fake)? Like chinstrap features, colors and liner pads? Thanks in advance.
