I searched the forums pretty good and did not see anything.

The only thing I know about these as the google is not much help (maybe it is the way I search it or I just cannot read German) but from what I gather they where issued to troops who smoked and those who did not where issued candy?

When I do a Image search I only come up with a few examples (Pics Posted) I am interested in these and maybe collecting them. Any tips or advice for a newcomer coming from stamp/coin collecting? I am also interested in expanding into medals and pins but am doing much research in this area, but just cannot find much on Match boxes

this is my brothers mosin nagant all the numbers match and he got it for $125 at a show i was wonderind if the is any info on the stamps (there seems to be a lot in the wood) and any other info you may be able to give

I would like to show my 3rd pattern Commando knife. I believe this is a WW2 period or early post war ? i would appreciate your opinions. It is stamped "2" on the handle and i cant see any other markings, the leather scabbard is very fragile. Thanks for your help cool militaria

is this a ss reserv armband as its being sold as and is it of period use?

i thought it was ok looking but the stichings looks kind of loud and new to me but hey what do i know:o

I have this Field Cap in my collection. I always assumed it was a reproduction but would like some opinions. What interests me are the buttons. Could they perhaps be authentic?

...for the issuance of the following orders?

1: Order of Lenin

2: Order of the Red Banner

3: Order of the Red Star

I am curious what it took to earn any of these.
