HI. i have a book with an very interesting picture in it, namely an King tiger used for clearing minefields at the westcoast of Denmark. The title of the book is Atlantvolden ved Ringkøbing. Does anybody know if there for sure has been an king tiger in denmark or what happend with it, the picture shows a lot of english soldiers at the Tiger. The book was published in 1983.

Does this look good to you guys. The ribbon looks unissued or a repro. WHere would the makers mark be?
Any info would be great?
This is my first Soviet Great Patriotic War medal.
I think its a 1985 reissue?
Can you find out anything about the person from the serial number?

Hi guys,
Could this be a bolt group from a MG34/42?
Greetings, I recently purchased a I.D. Tag with the following on it:
Gustav Ethstadt
PETZNIK KT. KRONK
26 . 3 82
R .I. R .34 7. K N .76
I only have the half which would have remained with the soldier and would like to know what the inscriptions mean. Thanks in advance for any help. Larry
Hey guys
Well, since January 2008, I have now found so much stuff that I have had to totally re-vamp my cupboard to accomodate all my finds.
I have attached the pictures of my cupboard below for you :) :)
Hope you like my display !
Remember, everything in this cupboard I have found with a metal detector in ENGLAND, (apart from the small number of finds form the Ardennes). Who needs to go abroad to get WW2 relics ??
I have also included pictures of each shelf and then close ups of each portion of shelf so there's lots of photos. Click on them to see a bigger closer up version.
Please also note I have taken a picture of the underneath of Shelf 2, just to show how cool the bases of the cartridges look and the fact that you get a much better impression of how many there are :D :D
Enjoy !

Hi, could someone please tell me if this is indeed a genuine unfinished Panzerkampf Abzeichen? Maker would also be appreciated. A friend wants to buy, but is unsure. I have my doubts, the dumbbell shaped tracks being one. Many thanks. Regards Thomas.
Hello Gents
Could I have any opinions on this please, I purchased it several years ago, I seem to be discovering quite a few replicas and fakes in my collection...mostly thanks to the forum and its members, just wondering where this one stood as Im not too "genned up" on EKs.
Many thanks
Reg
