Forum,
How about some comments on this one...
Hello all collectors!
I enclose here some pictures from My small US collection, uniform pictures will follow!
Almost all orders are from WWII period with original boxes. There are also some nice Normandy souvenirs from summer 2008 when I spend three weeks in Normandy with My family.
Have a nice weekend!

Hello Everyone,
I am new to the forum and also just moved to Copenhagen Denmark from the US. Just a quick question. Does anybody know of good places to buy WWII items in Denmark and Germany? Places with a store front that you can walk in and see things? I am sure there are plenty and any advice would be appreciated. Please send addresses if you can.
Thanks,
Rob
Wow, I finally figured out (maybe) how to post a new message.
How many of you know what is the most famous fought ground-air battle of WWII? It was the most highly decorated US Air Force mission, with FIVE Congressional Medals of Honor awarded. I am looking for information on and any possible relics from that battle, that may be out there.
The battle took place in Rumania, over the oil refineries of Ploesti, August 1, 1943. It was called Tidal-Wave. It was more heavely defended than Berlin by the Germans. 178 B-24s from 5 Bomb Groups flying out of North Africa flew the 14 hr, 2,400 mile mission with a loss of 54 Liberators.
Anyone have any authentic pieces, memorabilia, pictures, information, etc., on this mission?
Thank you.

This P.38 breaks the mold. When you think late war you think poor workmanship,no way with this honey. In 1945 Mauser changed its code from byf to SVW.This pistol has a mix of phosfate and blued parts.waA135 stamped and ready for action.I doubt it ever had a round chambered because the feed ramp is unblemished.I dont want to tell you what I paid for her because It was crazy. But can you put a price on Factory new from 64 years ago?I hope you like her as much as I do:b:
Thought I'd throw some pics of my Polizei sword, after reading the post on salty daggers. Hard to get pics of the full sword in any detail. Close-ups seem better. It's a Krebs, as you can see. Love that lobster. Purchased from the grandson of Sgt. Charles "Chuck" Baldus, half-track commander, of Grandhaven, M.I.. May he rest in peace.
Were the RZM tags stitched on SS visors? It looks real but I really don't know. Looking for some help! Thanks
