Does this helmet look good to you? Is the liner original to the helmet?
I found this one on the internet for $465. I have not bought it yet.
Hello,
I'd be gratefull if anyone can help me identify the centre grenade in this pic?
The filler plug is; Brass .397" / 10.08, dia. The base plug doesn't seem right it's loose, dated 42 and has threaded hole for RPG rod.
L/H pic is resin replica 36 1,
and the R/H pic is 36 1 training grenade dated 40. filler plug 0.50" / 12.7mm.

Firstly hello to everyone, new bod here!:)
I'm having trouble finding a comparitive patch on a historical site to verify this one, any thoughts?
:)Guys,
There is no 'other' wanted column so have placed this add here.
Its my boys 21 soon and he has an interest in WW2 Jap stuff, an area I have no idea about.
He has always had an interest in Jap swords and I would like to get him a one.
I know they are hard to find so condition is not as important as originality, I am aware of these Chinese copies!
I have quite a bit of German stuff and would be willing to swap if some one had a starter piece that would be suitable.:b:
Regards
Jock:)
i was looking around on the internet the other day and found this picture of a german tank under a bridge in or near poland, what do you think it is and hypothecticly would it be worth recovering?! :p
Guys,
This lot is from a German friends attic. I have only been given the low value stuff!:D. I'm happy with that.
The jackets that were there went on ebay and were a white army summer tunic with a re-issued Reichswehr jacket.
The holster (P38 Hardshell) has worn the belt and I believe the two have always been together. There are unit marks on the buckel and manufacturer marks.
The collar insignia is interesting, it is a shame that the skulls are missing but you can see where they were and one of the pins is still pressent.
The plane collar patches look to have come off a jacket, shame there were no eagles.
Regards
Jock:b:
