Third Reich Fire Police helmet, nice early model M34 complete with maker mark of a lion in the back of the neck (DRP THALE??) and also with the leather neck guard. Helmet is complete with chin strap and liner. Both decals have been denatzified. The helmet looks to have been gloss at one stage then painted over in matt black, or the other way around! I've left it as I found it basically. Its the lightweight alloy type helmet, complete with the side vent holes. The top comb is missing as you can see from the pics. I would guess its about a size 54/55 as I'm around a 56 and its tight on me.
Nice original Luftwaffe 12 years service award complete with Luftwaffe eagle device on the ribbon. The eagle device attracts to a magnet, the medal itself does not.
Nice genuine 3rd Reich police long service award for 18 years service, complete with the correct and original to the medal embroidered ribbon.
is there somebody who could tell me if it's a good one or a stay away from it ? and why ?
thanks again
Those are the only photo i have
I believe it might be russian or yugoslav. Anyone knows what it is and could date it? Thanks
Hey Guys, I was wondering if anyone knew if this pilots badge was real. It looks like an FLL to me but the wings dont seem cut out enough. Any info would be appreciated

Hello! I have had this in my collection for 10 or so years. I found it ad a garage or "car boot" sale as our British friends call it.
I always thought this was a POW art mess tin from maybe a Dutch? prisoner of war in Japan. Maybe Kawasaki Japan. I read somewhere a list of the many Japanese prison camps, and there was one in Kawasaki.
So, if found here in the US, it most probably is a war bring back from a US soldier who either liberated the camp, or from trade to someone who did? Just a theory, and not sure. What do you think?
I see it is carved by someone with a lot of time on their hands, like a prisoner. I think I see something carved about Christmas 44-45?
Does anyone out there know exactly what it says on this mess tin? what dialect, country etc, and what the 19 is stamped in it?? What country is the tin from??
I like the piece, and would like to know more about it.
Regards, Steve
Hello, I bought a couple M-35 pilotka cap stars a while, and got bit by the bug, and now I am going to buy a few salty condition/relic Soviet medal/awards for my WWII collection. Not going to very many, just a few that I like.
Here is a pic of a Bravery medal I just bought with a 6 digit number. Can anyone tell me what year this was given approx. and if everything looks original? I paid $50US for it.
The next medal is something I do not know, I think a sports?? badge/medal.
Thanks for any help and info in adavance!!
Regards, Steve
