My head is spinning.. please help?! (Pic Heavy)

I picked up this coat from a garage sale for $2.00 because I thought it looked interesting. I really don't know much of anything about military history let alone the uniforms.
I don't even know if this jacket is german oriented. I was hoping you guys could help me and educate me about the coat itself and the badges/pins/ect.
I have been reading some of the posts here and I see that some worry about the motive behind questions like I am asking. So I wanted to throw in this: I am 22, female, and an avid collector of "old stuff". I just think this jacket is very interesting and want to know more about it. I have been scouring the internet for any clue about this coat and I'm getting increasingly frustrated and confused.
Thank you very much for any help given.

Tall General next to Hitler

Who is the tall General next to Hitler? It appears they are on a large ship. I have another foto of him next to Hitler, at a major event - on land. I think that is Admiral Raeder next to him - what do you think? GFM Busch was a big guy. Is that Busch? Thanks for any help.

If so, officers, NCO, EM? Prewar, early, mid or late war?

Opinions on Totenkopf Cuff Title Please

Attached are some photos of a Totenkopf cuff title that I traded for back in 1972 when I was 14 years old. The guy I got it from said it was original and from my limited knowledge of such things at the time, I believed it to be, so I traded for it.
Later, I heard through the grapevine that it was fake. I was so upset that I just put it away and never showed it to anyone.
Now, 37 years later, I'll let you guys look at it. Don't worry about hurting my feelings, I've lived with the idea of it being fake for 37 years and if it turns out to be good, then I made a great trade when I was fourteen!

Best Regards,
Mike
