Hi!
I've been trying to ID these two buckles for several years. I picked them up 25 years ago at a Frankfurt A.M. flea market (only paid 10 DM each). All attempts to ID them have been unsuccessful.
The one on the left has an M4 24 mark. The one on the right has no markings. The one on the left is a dark green while the one on the right seems to have been originally painted black.
I've guessed they might be from a factory security force, but don't really know for sure.
Thanks!
I am new here and have been reading the forums trying figure out this dagger. Looks like I have a Rohm. More reading and looks like a fake or reproduction, judging by the Makers Mark location. It is well worn and hard to read, but the makers mark doesent look like the other photos. Only word I can make out is "ZWILLINGSWE...". Any ideas. Thanks Jeep1115
Gentelmens I need your opinions?
Great thanks
Hi all I dont know your opinions on donating towards the forum but at the moment we have over 2000 active members, if everyone one put in one $ each that would help get our own dedicated server, if everyone put 2 $ in would not break anyones bank. So guys dont just sit back, donate a couple of $ each, its been free anyway, a couple of bucks want break the bank. :shok_yikes:
I've been exploring a WW2 British airfield tip recently and have uncovered lots of peices of NAAFI crockery (including various sized plates etc etc) but including a few whole cups and saucers. Sadly so much was smashed, plenty crested fragments that I didn't even keep them all.
Just thought I'd post these pictures following a request from PHILBROWN who replied to a previous thread. I'm sure a few of you would also like to see them.
All the Best.

I dug this Bi Pod many years ago in a German position in the Ardennes, I have never been able to find a picture to identify it. Having a tidy up recently I found it again and thought maybe someone on here could help.
It is solid steel tubing and as you can see one of the foot skids is missing, caused by I guess shrapnel and probably the reason why it was originally abandoned.
It appears to be painted either a sandy brown or possibly an aged white, close up pic shows this.
Hope you can help thanks for looking.

hi all, thought id show this, a little puzzling to me, most paperwork is to one guy, but two are to his brother, the kenncarte and a letter to his father saying after conciderable efforts he is missing, can't imagine the fathers greif on reading that? The rest I am unsure, I bought it as a NCO group to a soldier, but his discharge papers {POW} say he was Luftwaffe, although the stamp on his observer records is Heer eagle, not a lufty, any help here pleasechip in.
Thanks, :)
Got the Kyffhäuser-bund cap in I bought two weeks ago. Its in good original condition, with only a small moth-bite on the front, but which probaly be covered once the insignia is applied.
I also have two original pins with it that where found with the cap, one Kyffhäuser-bund pin, and a wwI miniature Spange with three medals. Does anybody know what the medal on the far right is?
Like I said on a earlier topic I paid 60 + 8 euro's for all the items, and they will go on eBay this week, so if anybody has intereset here, just send me a PM.
