Auction: cub diesel ww2 diesel generator

i am copying this post from another forum due to lack of response this item may be or posted on ebay sold privately if i get some response

have a ww2 generator in my barn and i am considering selling this to a serious collector it has always been dry stored and with little work will run Mainly connecting the water pipes a quick weld on the exhaust and a strong arm to turn it over the control box is incomplete. i am hesitant to sell this as it is in very good condition and ive always said i would do the project myself. anyway years later .....
so i am wondering what sort of value this item is worth if i decide to sell ..... it will only get sold to someone whop will keep it i have no interest in selling if it is going to be resold ..... i would like to find a collector that will appreciate and care for this ...... anyway a couple of pics.... aaah the only way i can show you the pics is to put the imasges on a blog ive just started so here goes.....all the original brass plates are on the machine including an a4 size brass instruction plate on the control box lid anyway have a look

need help pricing a WW1 German 37 mm shell

I need help pricing a WW1 German 37 mm shell. I found it at a small second hand store. I have bought other items from them and they will hold it for me till Sat. It is an inert German 37 MM round (Projectile, brass casing, and struck primer). The base is marked “Karlsruhe”, “PATRONENFABRIK” and 1917. It is on consignment for 50 bucks, is that about the going price for a WW1 German shell?

Himmler family photo

Here's one of my favorite pieces a family photo of the Himmler family removed from Himmler's office at the end of the war. On the reverse is written" My loved ones" and dated 1925 in Himmler's mothers hand. Also, an early personalized calling card.

Need help! A few recent finds.

Living in the South of England gives me opportunities to visit the sites of former military camps used in the build up of forces before the DDAY landings.
The selection of finds shown all came from different sites, but it's the two batteries dated 1943 that I'd like help identifying(other items included for scale).
Can anyone tell me the type of battery they are and what they were used for radio, motorbike?. I've included a few photos, the top centre section unscrews as shown, its embossed on the top BRIT PAT No 464 282 & 464 401 (at least I think thats the correct numbers because its very small). At the lower corner picked out in cream paint is a Crown and the number 690 and on the bottom is embossed AFI, then an upside down No 2 followed by 43 (for 1943) then 4410. They seem to be made of bakelite.
The dimensions are 25cm (tall) highest point by 12cm (wide) by 8.5cm (deep). One has 667 on the cap over the negative terminal.
I was walking through a wood and noticed a slight depression, I went over moved the leaves back and found 4 of these, I kept the best 2. There's more stuff in the hole which I guess was dug as a rubbish pit. I will return with my camera.
The NAAFI cup and Saucer came from a tip that was used to dump the waste from an evacuation field hospital. Seriously wounded were flown from Normandy for treatment there. I've got about 8 cups and a couple of saucers. The mess tin dated 1939 and WD arrow marked was recovered from the site of a former British Army camp again used for the DDAY build up. The fork I believe is dated 1930 but could be 1939 again WD arrow marked, this came from another former holding area.
Thanks for your help.
