Hi Guys,
I just got another relic helmet from Latvia, condition is good and it has a name writen on rear skirt WACHTM. HELLES .
It has Alum Liner which started to turn into dust (this is probably the reason why so many relics do not have a liner band) :b:
Hi Guys,
picked this piece a few years ago, what do you think of it, does the bullion look good ? It does have a few moth nips to bottom.
Regards,
Kevin
Hi, i know it's harder to tell when there are no decals, but i hope you are able to help me.
I just acquired this PIECE of a (cuff title/tally ribbon?) & the post card of the Nazi Martyr Schlageter. I was wondering if anybody can tell me if this is part of a cuff title, or is it part of a tally ribbon worn on Naval hats. It seems Herr Schlageter had both a Naval ship, and a Luftwaffe fighter arm named after him. Thanks for any help!
Dear members,
has somebody information were the 4th Shock Army, 334 Rifle Division was in July 1942.
The 4th Shock Army belonged to the Kalinin Front. In "The Red Army Order of Battle" from Robert Poirier and Albert Conner I found that,
the 334 Rifle Division was in
Januar 1942: Orel, Kursk Region mit 4th Shock Army
but that is to south for the Kalinin Front. Was the 4th Shock Army rapid displaced for a short time to another Front? I am looking to find the town "Gushchino" were the 334 Rifle Division was in July 1942. There is one town "гущино" 50 km south/east of Kursk.
best regards and thanks
Andreas

Hi guys,
Could this be from the TR era? Never saw something like this.
The owner says it's made of wood; 55 cm in diameter.
What do you think?
Thank you all!
Hi guys, for those that dont know I am always looking to uncover new makers and find the missing links to the M4 makers list. A member of the WAF forum has a Tunnerbund buckle with the maker V & Co, has anyone any information on this maker at all?
