is this a original badge or is it a fake? I'd like to buy it but i'm affraid that the badge a bad fake is...tnx for your answer... LP Jure

Hi collectors,these metal eagles have been discused for a few years naw since i can remember and to my knowledge no one will commit in saying that they are original period pieces or post war coppies ?? Just wondering any moor info on them or peoples comments.Anyway heres mine.regards dave

Only ever seen 1 of these before & When it came up on EBAY I had to have it.
Only about 4" x 3" with 252 pages but with a wealth of info from Hitlers special days to SS shoulder board identification etc... Anyone else have one?

I got this off Ronnie at a steal.... so, starts my collection!
I like the personal detail of the number on the back & I know its been de-nazified, but all adds to the history.
Any comments or advice etc welcome ;)

Hi everybody, I recently got this pieces in a lot of 3rd reich military awards, but I´m not sure if any of these pieces are real or fake.

Those pieces are:

1) U-boot badge

2) a bar with 4 medals

3) an Infantry Assault Badge, and

4) a pair of insignia of luftwaffe flak leutenant.


PS: I´m sorry for the low resolution pictures, my cellphone camera is not very good, but as soon I can I will ask a friend of mine to see if she can lend me her camera.

By the way, under the eagle of the IAB it says S.H.u.co. and 41 below it

it seems to be made of zin or some bad metal, but I tried to bend it with my fingers and I couldn´t it doesn´t bends; and it seems like it had bronze paint once a time

I picked up this 1937 dated belt that is stamped LEDERWERKE JOHANN BIERTZ AKTIENGESELSCHAFT is this a well known maker and is this example real of fake/

I have a 1939 Terni 7.35mm RE Terni XVII, with a Finnish Stamp SA on the barrel, that my dad passed on to me, on the stock by the buttplate has someones service # burnt in to it, how do I find out who this was issued to in the war, and the history behind it ? Please help me!!!!

hiya guys i just bought this WW2 era silver star for £39.99 have i done good or just wasted my money. ive really got to star finding out about these things lol :D

any way i think its a really nice addition to my collection :D
