I am looking for the German WWII propaganda magazine SIGNAL from 1944 number 18 and maybe number 17 ? I would like the edition to be in German , but I would take any language .

These badges were worn by Ustaše. (Ustasha). Circle badge has letters AP which stands for Ante Pavelić- Croatian leader during WW2. Splitter is missing. It was attached above "U". Bot of these badges were coloured- letters AP and U were black, and chessboard was white and red. Coloured examples are extremly rare, because everything, that can be found on the market, is dug up from mass tombs in Slovenia (or fake). These are from Slovenia too. I got them from a friend of mine.

Does anybody know what these patches represent? I looked everywhere selling patches, and can't find any like it - even at Weitzes. And am I displaying them right side up? Thanks.
