Hi Guys, next weekend September 13th/14th, we have an event taking place at Kelvedon Hatch, Essex, UK. The setting is slightly unusual as the show will take place at a former cold war bunker. Have a look at the link for more info about the site:
The kepi and brownshirt of a Sturmfuhrer of Sturm 13, Standarte 26, Gruppe Nordsee, headquartered in Stade, Im Neuwerk 5. The Sturmfuhrer was an adjutant, evidenced by the black and white cord mounted from the shoulder strap. Gruppe adjutant cord colors matched the other ranks color patch piping color, which in this case was black and white. On the sleeve is a 12 mm. service stripe indicating the owner was a member of the S A since 1930
The kepi is very early and not R Z M tagged. The gold piping is a variant for the 1933/34 pattern uniform. At this point in time, the crown piping should have been a twisted black and white piping. Many photographs exist of S A officers wearing kepis with multiple variations of the authorized piping.

Enjoy this Swedish version of the 'LATHI' pistol.. Known in Swedish service as the M-40 & a scarce box of Swedish M-39b 9mm Ammo....
In 1945 the Danish Brigade which was in exile in Sweden left to go back to Denmark they were armed with 1000 Swedish M-40 pistols, all these pistols carried Swedish Army acceptance stamps of SS for Inspector Captian Sten Stenmo.. After WW2 these pistols were given to the Danish police and marked Rplt. (RIGSPOLITI)..:::As my pistol is marked:::... After the war additional batchs of M-40 pistols were delievered to the Danish police; approx. 10,000, these had a 'D' prefix in the serial number for Denmark, and too were marked Rplt...Again enjoy this well made and well traveled pistol...BILL

Just came back from the Black Sea in the Ukraine. I purchased a Naval Vessel clock from a old naval veteran. Sevastopol is still occupied by Russian Naval Forces at their port. He wouldn't let me take a picture of him though. It still works great! Another nice item from Sevastopol.
Just came back from the Black Sea in the Ukraine. I purchased 4 unissued cold war style Soviet helmet. They are complete with the stamps. They were purchased from a bazaar in Sevastopol. I believe this one is from the late sixty's. Also is a pic with me and the gal they were purchased from.
