if you guys could help me to find out what this is, i found it a long time ago and have never been able to figure out what it is, it is a medal, says:

second year
third year
fourth year
fifth year



the third, fourth, and fifth years look like they were added on pieces, possibly after further service?
anyone have any ideas?
