It first flew 7/27/41. It was meant for strafing the beaches in case of an attempted German landing. The landing never happened so the plane just sort of fizzled out I guess. Different looking.

a other addition in my new Tunic collection, this is a very interesting item, a old Waffenrock modified in standard combat tunic. the pockets and collar are added in period.
Many medails for a signal officer ! :)

Enjoy this German/Hungarian 98/40 and accessories.. The Germans modified the standard Hungarian Service rifle a Mannlicher design into the 7.92, Model 98/40.. The German produced rifles were coded (jhv) known to the Germans as (Metallwaren,Waffen und Maschinenfabrik AG, Budapest) there were two contracts the first waffenamt proofed eagle WaA58 and the second eagle WaA173...
