Hello everyone, I need help. I'm wondering if this M1 helmet is from WW2?

Here's a Blood Order Medal I picked up in Europe back in 1972.
It was issued to:
Hartz, Herbert v., federation upper country, ii-battalion, 8.Minenwerfer-Kompanie, blood medal Nr.250 to 9.11.1933. Wish I had the ribbon for it but the medal is rare enough. each medal was individually stamped with a number and recorded as to which recipient received which medal. His is #250.

Hello Gents,

Yet another strangely marked EK1. Marked, "NSDAP M1/11 NSDAP" Has anyone ever heard of such a marking? I have been collecting for 40+ years and have never heard of such a thing. Vaulted and magnetic.

Please confirm my thoughts that this is total nonscense.....please.
