M 42 SD NS64 decal opinions

Want to hear your opinion about this Heer decal. Helmet marked S 64, and most probably it’s a NS marked, however I’am not sure, due all seen by me NS helmets has other than this font configuration. However the helmet has an provenance, I want to hear your thoughts about
