Vote for Franciszek Kornicki (b. 1916) by Polish aviation historian Wojtek Matusiak.
Franciszek Kornicki has been an active member of the Polish community in Britain, the Polish Air Force Association in particular. In December 2016, he celebrated his 100th birthday.
He is the last surviving Polish World War Two squadron commander.
