new piece up for review 1939 ek1

i got this in a trade from my buddy who has a shop, i traded a bayonet worth 200 for this ek1. ‘i know the 350 price tag is super inflated lol’
can anyone help me with an identification of maker? it would be greatly appreciated
cross is unmarked silver frame 3 piece and has that great been there look
