U.S. Button ID help please…..

I know these seem pretty generic but can anyone tell me what they are? US collar buttons I think. And any idea of how new or old……seem new to me but I don’t know anything about this sort of stuff….Im more of a weapons guy:)

There are no markings that I could find on the back of these buttons.
